Our general terms and conditions apply to every NAUMAD product and are in force between NAUMAD and each individual user of the website who places an order through the webshop. When ordering a product from our webshop you accept NAUMAD's general terms and conditions. We have the right to change our general terms and conditions at any time.

PRICE

All stated prices include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs. Transport or shipping costs are charged separately and are always at the expense of the buyer, unless stated otherwise. You can consult these prices under 'shipping & returns'.The price applicable to the sales agreement is the price in force at the time of the registered order and as indicated on the website at that time. The price refers exclusively to the articles as described verbatim. The accompanying photos are decorative and may contain elements that do not belong to the articles and are not included in the price.If there is an incorrect price for an item on our webshop due to an error or mistake, we always have the right to change this price. You then have the right to cancel the order and the full amount will be transferred back to your account.

PRIVACY

You can also register with us for a newsletter, using your email address. This is used exclusively for newsletters. We treat your data as confidential information and will never pass it on, rent or sell it to third parties. We do, however, pass on your details (i.e. email address and telephone number) to the courier service so that they can send you a confirmation email and / or text message with track and trace number. If you do not want this, please mention this in the ordering process.The customer is responsible for keeping his / her log-in data confidential and for the use of his / her password. Your password is stored encrypted, so NAUMAD has no access to your password. PAYMENT

Payment is made electronically. We use Mollie. Payment can be made with multiple payment options. The purchase is concluded when we receive confirmation of your payment, until then the ordered items are the property of NAUMAD.
